Order Status/ Tracking
At this time packages cannot be
tracked through
our website. You will
receive an email notification
from UPS with tracking
information once your order has
shipped. Or you may call
800-223-9866 and ask one of our
customer service representatives
for your order status/ tracking
information.
Hot Weather Items
Hot Weather items are products
which may melt or be affected by
warm conditions. Such items must
be packaged in special foam
lined boxes, packed with
ice, and shipped to arrive
within 2 days.
Additional
shipping and handling charges
will be added to the final cost.
This applies to areas that have
warm weather throughout the year
and for the entire country April
thru November. Apple Cookie &
Chocolate Company does this to
assure that your gifts will
arrive at their destination
without harm from warm weather.
Shipping
Gifts are usually shipped within
24 hours from the time the order
is received. Orders placed on
weekends and holidays will be
shipped the next business day.
Bulk orders and customized
orders may need extra time to
fulfill. Apple Cookie will let
you know
expected time of delivery.
Most gifts are shipped via UPS
Ground unless otherwise noted.
The following map will give you
an idea of how long the ship
time will be from our location
to your destination in terms of
business days.

UPS
delivery requires a complete
street address. UPS
charges $10 for incomplete or
incorrect addresses. To
avoid additional charges, please
be sure you have complete and
correct addresses when ordering.
Gifts being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO's, & FPO's will be sent USPS
Priority Mail. Please call for
shipping cost.
Future Date Shipping
If you would like your order to
be shipped on a date in the
future, please type your request
in the “Special
Instructions/Gift Note” window,
which will appear during the
checkout process.
Gift Purchases
If we are shipping your gift
directly to your gift recipient
don't forget to enclose a gift
note ("Special Instructions/
Gift Note" window) and be sure
your information is
included on the billing page and
the recipient's information is
included on the shipping page.
